Friday Night 10/17

Upcoming Friday Night 10/17

Join us Friday night 10/17 for a time of being encouraged by God's Word and by hanging out with others.

We will continue our "Walk By Faith" series with a message titled, "Hearing His Voice"

It’s often a challenge to hear God’s voice in the midst of all the other voices in our world.  As believers it’s easy to make decisions based on feelings, comfort and success, and not heeding the voice of God.  How can we discern His voice as opposed to the voice of our flesh or the enemy, join us as we learn how to listen to the Lord.

TIME OUT: BRIDGE PRAYER- Friday, September October 17th @ 6:30pm at the Kid’s Sanctuary Welcome Center

Jeremiah 29:12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.

God has says to “call out to HIM” and this is what we do on the 1stand 3rd Friday of every month, so come and gather with us as we pray for the needs of the ministry and the people of the Bridge.  We will also be thanking God for the praise reports so when the Lord answers your prayers, let us know so we can give glory to God

Friday Recap 10/10

And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD.” (Job 1:21 NKJV)

Jose S. shared a powerful message about blessing the Lord's Name no matter our circumstance.

He shared Psalm 119:165 which says, "Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing causes them to stumble". When you have God's peace, you won't stumble during a trial or when something is taken away.

You will trust in God for comfort and have faith that He is in control.

Prayer: Simply Talking to God

How Great is our God!

We sang our hearts out last night in adoration and praise of our great God! We learned the four parts of prayer: [ACTS]

A: adoration (praising Him for who He is)
C: confession (admitting what we've done)
T: thankfulness (telling Him what he's done)
S: supplication (praying on behalf of others)

October 3rd!

Come out tonight for part two of Pastor Dennis' message about Prayer.

WALK BY FAITH… Friday, October 3rd @ 7:30pm in the Jr. High Room

Join us for a time of intimate worship, interactive study in God’s word and an enjoyable time fellowship.

We are continuing a Bible Study series entitled "Walk By Faith”. As it says in 2 Corinthians 5:7 “We walk by faith and not by sight”, so often we rely on our senses, experience and intellect to help us navigate us through our Christianity. But when it comes down to it, walking by faith requires us to learn we’ll how to trust God’s word, hear His voice, seek His face and believe His promises.

This Friday night we’ll learn what it means to “Seek His Face” in prayer.  We’ll be sharing ways to avoid the distractions to prayer. Come out to be encouraged and challenged to “walk by faith”

TIME OUT: BRIDGE PRAYER- Friday, October 3rd @ 6:30pm at the Kid’s Sanctuary Welcome Center

Lastly, we will be lifting up the family of Lastor Steve Mays as he went up to heaven to spend eternity with Jesus. He passed away October 2nd due to surgery complications. Let's all keep his family and the church body in prayer!
