GOOD FRIDAY, a group from The Bridge sat in the Main Sanctuary and heard a great message from Pastor Jeff. Then, some went out to eat tacos after and fellowship together.
SATURDAY, Mark and Noella R. hosted folks at their home and showed The Passion of the Christ movie and also did a Passover presentation. How cool is that?
EASTER SUNDAY was a glorious day, not just because of the church events, but
because we recognize that Jesus Christ died for us on the cross and rose
again! PRAISE GOD. Many went out to the morning service at the Stub Hub Center and worshiped together with thousands of people. Pastor Jeff gave another heart touching message about what Jesus did for us on the CROSS. It was the first time that Calvary Chapel South Bay had ONE service with the entire church body in one place.
WEDNESDAY evening, a group went out in Gardena to Honey Boba/Rascals/Aloha Pizza/InNOut area to play worship music, talk to people who were out dining and pray for folks. It was a cold night, but God used individuals and teams in an awesome way to show His love.
