FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE: Friday, March 4that 7:30pm in the Jr. High Room
Join us on Friday night, March 4th, as we continue our Bible Study series called “Pump Up The Volume.” The studies will be based on 1 Peter 2:9-10 which says:
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.”
The Persuasion of our Conversation
The words that you and I use are very powerful. When we speak, we have the power to persuade people or the power to “pound” down people. Let’s learn how to allow our words to uplift and not destroy others.
The Bible says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit: Proverbs 18:21.
FELLOWSHIP @ THE BRIDGE: Friday, March 4th
Hebrews 10:24-25 says “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Come out early and stay after the Bridge, we’ll be having a time of fellowship this Friday night, so bring some snacks to share! It will be a good way to interact and encourage each other in our faith.
