Our welcome sign. We had greeters at the first doors you walk into, to say HELLO to everyone, give a handshake and a smile. They also encouraged folks to sign in at the welcome table and get a name tag.
We have a great team of folks leaving for INDIA on a short term missions trip this Wednesday. Let's keep them in prayer. A few of our Bridge friends are going: Arlen, Jessica, Thomas, Drew and Jade.
Justin (one of the leaders) always brings a good energy to the announcements! He's really funny too.
We had a great turn out on Friday night.
T gave a special message to start this new series, that had a focus on God's love. It says in 1 John 4:19, "We love Him because He first loved us." He gave three points to his message:
1. In the Beginning was Love (Real love Begins with God)
2. Time for Some Action (Real Love is a Choice)
3. Love Hurts (Real Love is a Sacrifice)
We also had a fabulous spread of food: pizza, tacos, donuts, chicken fajitas, stroganoff AND smores! YUM!
